Die 1793 geweihte Wallfahrtsbasilika ist ein Werk des berühmten Architekten Balthasar Neumanns. Sieben Glocken laden zu Gottesdienst und Gebet ein. Zwei von ihnen goss Meister Höhn 1747 in Bamberg, fünf schuf die Gießerei Bachert 1998 in Heilbronn.
