Government Updates Public on Third-Country Nationals Program

The Government of Saint Lucia says it has accepted six of ten individuals proposed by the United States under the Third-Country Nationals Program following its own assessment and vetting process. Two individuals have expressed a desire to return to their home countries, while four wish to remain in Saint Lucia for the time being. Government says the individuals are not detained, will be treated with dignity and do not pose a threat to public safety.
