Grant Kollar is 19 years old and currently in the National Guard, a fan of the podcast, and is new to the world of real estate investing. His passion to create financial freedom and his initiative was more than enough to fuel his desire to start exploring investing in real estate.   Today, Grant joins me to share his passion for real estate and how he came to be interested in this type of business.
