Grateful Wounds: Special Dedication Episode

from Grateful Wounds · host Tanasha Allwood

This episode of the Grateful Wounds Podcast, is not just for the listeners. It is also a special dedication to my one and only grand-daughter that was just born. She may not be able to understand these words today but one day as she gets older, she may stumble across my podcast and or read my upcoming book, Grateful Wounds. I want her to know that her father is a good man and has a big heart and she comes from a line of family built with strength and compassion. I want her to know that life will sometimes wound us but overall it is how we choose to practice self-love and care and allow ourselves to grow through what we have been through, that shapes us. This episode is Legacy!
