A knock at the door. There comes a time in life where everything you thought your life would be...suddenly shifts. For me that moment was when my son was sentenced to 5 years in prison. As a mother, nothing prepares you for this kind of pain! Fear, Shame, Guilt along with the questions that you ask yourself over and over again. Where did I go wrong? Did I fail him? Why me God? Why Me? Should I have stayed in a toxic marriage so my son could have two parents? And so on.In this first episode of the Grateful Wounds Podcast, I want to take you back to the moment my life changed and the beginning of the journey that eventually led me to healing.
