If you enjoy this podcast, sign up for weekly newsletters & episode sneak peaks!I decided to take a moment this week to focus on collective unhappiness that seems to happen during this time of year. I often hear the words "I'm seasonally depressed" from friends and family. It saddens me to notice that rather than work on healthy habits and coping mechanisms for this pain, we often accept these feelings of anxiety and depression as unchangeable.  I believe that we have the power to overcome all mental angst and discomfort regardless of the time of year and or personal circumstances. In this episode I analyze the thinking that keeps us bound in negativity and discuss options that will help you effectively maintain peace through continued effort and consistency. We will talk all things gratitude, releasing the thief of your joy and abandoning negative thoughts that keep us in bondage. Ultimately we are what we think! If you struggle with anxiety and depression I challenge you to actively practice more gratitude in your every day life. Keep a log of your inner thoughts to monitor how you truly feel about yourself and how you speak to yourself. Replace anger with thankfulness and I guarantee you will see drastic changes in your life. Support the showIf you would like to get in touch with me or simply share your manifestation miracles, I can be reached at the below: Email: [email protected]: DM @herauthentic__selfpodcast Threads: DM @herauthentic__selfpodcast Lastly if this episode resonated with you please subscribe, follow, leave a rating, comment and share with friends!
