Brett Muller, the President and CEO of Guardian Services, grew his company's revenue from $1.3 million in 2014 to $3.1 million in 2017, a 135% increase, and to around $3.3 million in 2018.   Guardian Services provides professional kitchen exhaust cleaning services for hotels, restaurants and other businesses.   In this interview with Eversprint's Malcolm Lui, Brett shares how he and his team accelerated their high value sales by:   Providing his team with the training and the tools to do their work efficiently and effectively.  Generating sales opportunities through referrals, digital marketing, RFPs and partnerships.  Taking responsibility when problems arise, and learning from their mistakes.
