This story led into Alison sharing that she lost a dear friend and a cousin within the past week. Although she had been a widows for 7 years she is still grieving and when new situations appear it brings on pain that is not seen but felt...The panel discussed the following: Making distinctions - what stays? what goes? Reinvention - who am I now? and now? and now? Setting boundaries - who or what stays or goes? Creating space to be, to live, to expand and seek joy For the last month or so, Alison has been reviewing all the stuff she has, assessing if it still fits who she is now, and discarding, donating or keeping. It's not the first time. Since David died, she periodically sheds another layer as she is able am able to do so.
