Şirketin toplam özkaynakları ise 88.672.408 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.• Hasılat ve Faaliyet Karı: Şirket 2025 yılında 521.233.417 TL hasılat elde etmiş ve 5.541.079 TL esas faaliyet karı kaydetmiştir. Satışların maliyeti ise 476.756.652 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.• Borsa Performansı: Şirketin Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören pay senedi (GRNYO), 2025 yılını 14,98 TL fiyatla kapatarak bir önceki yıla (9,09 TL) göre %64,80 oranında bir artış göstermiştir.• Kar Payı Dağıtımı: Finansal tablolarda net dönem zararı oluşması nedeniyle, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) mevzuatı uyarınca temettü dağıtımı yapılmayacaktır.• Bağımsız Denetim Görüşü: Güney Bağımsız Denetim (Ernst & Young), şirketin finansal tablolarının TFRS'ye uygun olarak finansal durumu tüm önemli yönleriyle gerçeğe uygun bir biçimde yansıttığına dair olumlu görüş bildirmiştir.• Personel ve Yönetim: Şirketin 2025 sonu itibarıyla 7 personeli bulunmaktadır.
