Group Rights over Individual Rights ... D.E.I. or My Rights

from The American Enterprise Manifesto: My America's Vision of Peace and Nonviolence for Humanism · host Jerry Rhoads

In this week's issue of the Epoch Times opinion section explores the concept of D.E.I. ... diversity equity and inclusion ... AKA, reparation retribution and riot ... from the many to one pluribus unum ... we are born free and everything after, thus has to be earned.  That's democracy 101, it doesn't take a constitution to live with truth or consequences. America is Great because of this Axiom.  this js why humans are capital and work is the principle of serving others for the many as one citizen.  America in reality is a country of individuals living by the Rule of a Higher Authority.  i.e., The Ten Commandments and tenets of lassez-faire, will override tyranny anytime.  So why are the activists demanding these principles be removed from our sight, history and solutions.  How does this twist reality to D.E.I.  Group rights aren't diverse, equitable nor inclusionary.  Just the opposite.  Reverse racism, biased rules prevail, authoritarian rules apply. In America the Bountiful this sick philosophy is DOA not D.E.I. These basic truths are simple ... KISS should be our rules of the Great American Enterprise, in our Judicial system, dollar bill, laws, rules, regulations.  These principles held as equitable are served with no color in enterprise, diversity in talents, work product in the free marketplace.  The creation of profitability or loss of value are the basis for distribution to the human capital.  Fair share is the amount of risk taken and the reward delegated to that inclusion in the team, company, membership, value of assts les liabilities, know as net worth. From this share are deducted taxes, rentals, mortgage payments, credit liquidation and college debt. Entitlements are left to the discretion of the leaders as a false positive with incentives to replace such arrangements with a job or asset owned by the many as individual rights.  Group rights are secondary to individual rights as my rights earned through work and savings. Learning to earn with a skill to bill take precedent over group rights. Otherwise the very roosts of democracy as being an individual right to work and participate in the pursuit of happiness through industry of self and family.  Does this giver certain individuals more rights as a Group or Sect ... according to the constitutional amendment's have clarified by our judicial system of torts and due process. How does this differ from our adversaries?  China for example uses top down dictates as laws and justification for hash treatment without a judicial infringement of the authoritarian decisions. It is the rule of the Few who determine how the many as a Group Rights are disbursed and dispensed without interference of the individual rights of one human. Thereby is the reason for humanism be the ideology of lives are free when born and everything after must be earned with viror and expectations for growth in income bsed on the Group outcome. Called the 10 commandments and 10 Tenets of Lassez-faire:
