Original Broadcast - 7th December 2025.During this podcast we’re joined by Scott and Gareth, founders of Open Doors, Open Minds, a mental health CIC built from lived experience and deep empathy. They share their personal journeys, we take a deep dive into what happens when life stops feeling “normal”, and how hard yet powerful it can be to say “I need support.”  We talk about trauma, navigating dark moments, and rebuilding life when you don’t recognise the world or yourself anymore. We also explore how the charity supports people today and how you can help too, whether through volunteering, donating, sponsoring, or simply checking in on someone who hasn’t quite found the words yet. Honest, moving and full of hope, this episode is a reminder that connection can save lives.
