Growing in Schools- Improving Physical & Mental Health

This weeks show is week 4 of 6 where is have teamed up with Healthy Waterford where I show case the talented and intuitive individuals who are bring back health in a small town or area. This week I had Damien who is part of a brilliant idea to get more kids back in to growing and learning the lost life skill of growing. This is something working with Tramore School Ardscoil na Mara with an ever enthusiast teacher Patrick Kirwan. This is the blue print for other schools and something that could be brought into more and more schools with health and well being of children become more of a priory with later complications in life.
