He joined BATCADDY first as Manager, Customer Service & Logistics West Coast in April 2018 and was promoted to Managing Director West Coast in June 2018. In August 2020 he took on the additional role of managing the Corporate Marketing & Distribution function. Over the last 25 years he has worked in every facet of sales and customer service including12 years as General Manager in the Home Services/Plumbing industry where he was involved directly with customers on a daily basis, and also directly responsible for creating customer service and retention programs to ensure continued growth and profitability.
