Estanislau is the Operations Manager at Duca del Cosma in North America where she brings her strong technical skills for planning on a daily basis. She oversees operational activities at every level of the organization and strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone is on task and on schedule. Most recently, she helped to plan and execute the company’s participation at golf’s largest event, the PGA Show.
