Send us Fan MailHere are the 3 things i believe that help me deal with guilt.1. At the core of us we are amazing and that is always the truth. We are good, complete, not broken, not wrong.2. Life is 50 % amazing and 50 % awful. That includes feelings and our behaviour. 3. I am human and that means i make mistakes and that goes in the 50% awful bucket. Give all of these three assumptions i know that my road 'back' to myself from Guilt is to accept my humanness when i make mistakes, accept the past in the way it has happened, accept my feelings no matter how terrible they are. If i am not broken then i can return to beleiving then even when i'm feeling guilty, even when i'm worried or ashamed. Support the show
