Gulliver's Travels Part 4 Chapter 10

In which the author finds contentment and virtue in the company of the rational and amiable Houyhnhnms, learning much from their conversations and way of life, whilst reflecting on the faults of his own species with a mixture of horror and admiration. Yet, despite his happiness and improvement, he is compelled by an assembly’s decree to leave their country, prompting him to craft a canoe with diligent assistance and take a sorrowful farewell before venturing forth upon the sea.
