Gus Lee is a self describing  recovering coward, trains leadership teams and provides intense executive coaching for leaders who seek to act more courageously. He has provided Courageous Leading Skills Intensives to government, healthcare, fire, police, energy, Fortune 100s, high tech, military, NGOs and non-profits. He has worked in or consulted to 50 professions and industries and coached executives from every continent. Gus’s passion and proven history of leader and core values development was inspired by his mentor H. Norman Schwarzkopf and was taught to him by Warren Bennis. A former C-level and government senior exec, he's worked for leadership institutes and was West Point's first Chair of Character Development.
