A former C-level and government senior exec, he's worked for leadership institutes and was West Point's first Chair of Character Development. He develops senior teams and leaders and coaches execs across 50 professions and industries. He develops the courage to improve so others can improve in Courageous Communication, coaching, relationship reconciliation, elite teamwork, root-cause problem-solving and core-values-based strategic planning to solve our worst organizational problems.Lee was a COO, Chief Learning Officer, Sr Exec VP, West Point’s Chair of Character Development; government senior exec; acting deputy attorney general, supervising deputy DA, U.S. Senate ethics investigator, university assistant dean and Infantry and JAG officer, ethicist, paratrooper, boxer, whistle blower and drill sergeant.
