My daughter was sick and missing days at school, vomiting .......lethargy.....brain fog......7:00 I went on a zoom call that was held by Helen Revans for a gut issue for myself.... I rang bells on my daughters issue.......8:40 Then I learned I has SIBO and I also had Candida..... I got rid of them in thirty days..... with the support of Helen.... It was very strict...... It was challenging......11:47 Keira had a working memory problem ..... concentration was difficult...... after the medication she was a completely different person.....14:20 She is a changed person beyond belief.....A turnaround, almost say she is a different girl16:35The time frame is about six months .... Its a challenge .....18:51 I am not sure Keira appreciates the changes ..... She's much more confident.... We saw a big difference in four months.....20:47 Managing food is a big challenge.....23:59 Processed foods are the go to foods.... making available better choices..... we all get educated by different people.....26:35 I've gone from different diets... I have changed dramatically what I eat.... my husband is a big chef.......It's the preparation..... I lost 7Kg on the diet ......29:23 The more people I talk to the more people have similar issues...... The quicker you fix the issues the lower the costs.... It's an investment.... Invest in your health....32:19 I like to keep busy....the word is delegation....working on the business not in the business.Lead a balanced life .....34:17 I go to a lot of workshops .... I prefer learning from others.....35:55 My biggest setback was when I was in my last employed job......... Things have to happen for a reason ........37:32 I like to exercise before work ........ sometimes at weekends.......38:47 There's actually seven companies..... we plan to sell the companies....... we plan to leave Hong Kong at some time in the future......43:00 My friends to this day are my "Valley Friends"......community is very important to me...... we see each other regularly.......44:58 To do Lists ......
