Guy spent much of his career building new teams, re-engineering old organizations, leveraging technology and best practices to drive a culture of excellence by design. During his career, Guy also wrote songs for Disney Records, recorded multiple CDs, led worship at Venice Beach, went diving to feed sharks without a cage, earned a Coast Guard charter captain license and raised his son aboard a 50-foot sailing yacht.
