In this interview, Gwendalynn Roebke, an undergraduate in CU Boulder's Distributed Studies studying neuroscience, astrophysics, and philosophy, and Alejandra Abad, a graduate student at CU Boulder studying Interdisciplinary Media Arts Practices, discuss their silhouette-based installations that have appeared on the CU Boulder campus and their experiences as members of CU's BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color)community. Roebke and Abad go over how they originally created the installation, which calls for divestment from campus police and investment in CU's BIPOC community, their experiences on campus and how they influenced the installations, what they would want to see in antiracism training on campus, and more.
