We make decisions every day whether small or big. From choosing a new car to a menu item. Because we make so many decisions on a daily basis, the collective of these decisions form our habits or, our regular tendencies or practices. Our lives represent the sum of our habits, whether good or bad. Habits can be transformed converting the bad ones into good and also the reverse. The important thing is to be aware.
