Hakhel | Episode 5: Tractates Chagiga and Kidushin on Children

This eight-part, in-depth series will explore the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s novel approach to the definition of the mitzvah of Hakhel as it applies to children.  The series will also cover several fundamental elements related to the mitzvah of Hakhel, such as the time of Hakhel; the definition of the mitzvah; the role of the King; the need for a bima and more.  In this episode we will analyze the Rebbe's questions on the seemingly contradictory statements between the tractates Chagiga and Kidushin with regards to the mitzvah of Hakhel as it applies to children.
