Hammond Family Helps STEM

One of our own Rossford Schools families, Crystal & Ben Hammond, recently joined our fifth grade STEM students to talk about building prosthetic legs. RHS Alumni Crystal Hammond discussed how a prosthetic leg gives her such a better quality of life. Ben Hammond, a Certified Prosthetist and Residency Director at Perry Prosthetics, discusses the engineering behind the prosthetics. The Rossford parents talk about their STEM visit. We also hear from our Wind Ensemble during the RHS Holiday Band Concert, and from NWOCA professional John MP discussing the Google for Littles second grade program.
