Hand Over Heart

Yet, too often we feel as though we are constantly chasing it, leaving us feeling depleted, depressed and unwanted. What if love began within? What if there was a never ending, abundant supply of love? Would you be willing and able to let it in?Many years ago, I was in such a slump that I couldn't express love to myself aloud. My mentor would sit on the phone with me while I cried resisting her prompting to place my hand over my heart and say "I love you" to myself.  I didn't give up and I took small steps to expand my capacity to love myself. The Heart chakra is located in the chest. It is that warm feeling that burns within when we feel connected. This is the place of BEING. It's the place where radical acceptance, compassion and balance come together. The element is air, so take a deep breath and know within each breath, you are receiving love from the Divine.
