What do you do when the "7 Steps To Conflict Resolution" don't seem to work?  What happens when you are locked in a situation within an organization with a member of the team that has a rogue attitude.   Fire him (or her), right?  Sure.... but what if firing them will split the organization?    In today's episode, we dig into David's relationship with Joab...  this is the first half of this part of the study, and it simply highlights the issues on the table that David is having to contend with.   Next week we will dig into the nitty gritty of how David handled this brutal relationship for the better part of 40 years!
