Hang On!!

This week, No Brakes Nu’ and GetFitWithJacq dive into a heavy but necessary conversation. The tragic passing of Young Noble from Tupac’s group, The Outlawz, hit close to home—especially for Nu, who reflects on the pain of losing someone who once inspired him not to give up. From that raw emotion, they shift into a powerful dialogue on mental health, deal breakers in relationships, and why standing on your non-negotiables matters. They also break down the Diddy case, the murky lines between justice and vendettas, and the chaos of public opinion in the Black community. Plus, a heroic father who saved his daughter earns this week’s Nipsey Hussle Award. This episode is about truth, pain, growth—and most importantly, holding on when life gets dark.
