In nineteen eighty five, at just thirty years old, Steve Jobs was pushed out of the very company he founded. This episode dives into Steve Jobs, the biography written by Walter Isaacson, a book Jobs himself insisted should not soften who he really was. We talk about why he was pushed out of Apple, what he built during the twelve years that followed, and one uncomfortable truth, that his cruelty and his greatness may have been two sides of the exact same trait. This time, Jenny chooses to say the most uncomfortable, and most honest, parts of this book, directly. Powered by Firstory Hosting
