Happy Hour with Zac Naser on how biking is more spiritual than we think

from Stoke Podcast · host Quinn p Travis

Zac is a bicycle lover. He strives to push his limits each and every time he sets out for an adventure.  We dive into his EPIC 170 mile ride through the high deserts of Arizona. Zac explains that every time he has been on a big adventure, it usually represents a new turning point in his life, like turning the the page into a new chapter of life. We discuss how the bike can be a vehicle to understand self. How pain can be instantly transformed into euphoria, and how euphoria is once again turned into pain. Yet, we still remain present and observant of all aspects of the experience the bike presents to us.  Thanks for tuning into this new segment of the podcast called "Happy Hour". The conversation is loose, real, and hopefully full of good stories.
