Le flow est un terme anglais, qui définit un état mental ultime d’extase atteignable par la concentration de votre esprit.   Julie a donc composé un programme sur 12 semaines à raison de 5 séances par semaine de 30 minutes. Ce programme HAPPYNYOGA combine différents yogas, Power, Vinyasa & YIn Yoga pour travailler votre tonicité, votre souplesse, l'équilibre et le calme. Les postures proposées s'enchainent avec fluidité et en musique.  Le but : c 'est de vous faire ressentir l'état de flow, grâce et pendant la pratique du yoga.  C'est aussi l'occasion pour celles et ceux qui pratiquent déjà le yoga, d'accroitre leur performance tout en étant accompagné.
