Hardness of Hearts - 1 Corinthians 5

Over the next several weeks, we will be studying Christian sexual immorality, Christian lawsuits, and healthy Christian sexuality in marriages. Paul is dealing with unresolved and unrepentant sin impacting the church and Christian brothers. Many of us have stumbled in the area of sexuality concerning falling to temptations. Sometimes people don’t want to repent and recover from sin impacting their relationships with the church and one another. In Corinth, the church and the sinning believer were ignoring their responsibilities to get right with God and be restored to fellowship with Jesus. The Bible says our hearts can be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. In Corinth, this has occurred and Paul is endeavoring to help all those concerned recover from the sin that’s impacting everyone aware of the current immorality that hasn’t been dealt with.
