Harris Barton - S3E8 - SF 49ers & Finance Executive

This week Matt talks with famous all-pro lineman Harris Barton from the San Francisco 49ers. Harris is a 3x Super Bowl champion. He graduated UNC with a BA in Finance and became a fund manager after a distinguished career in San Francisco with the 49ers. Harris experienced some extraordinary setbacks with the collapse of the stack market in 2009 which required him to make many changes to overcome some peril for him and his family. Along the way, Harris lost both his parents to brain cancer and launched a 501(c) called Champion Charities with former teammate Ronnie Lott. Matt Doherty was a starter on the 1982 National Championship UNC Tar Heel basketball team with Michael Jordan, James Worthy and Sam Perkins.
