Harry Blotter - Ascension Stage Sunrise Set @ Esoteric 2024

Since 2017, Esoteric has become a staple on the Australian festival calendar. Held over the Labour Day weekend, the event attracts over 7000 people showcasing Music, Art & Workshops across 7 Stages. 2024 was my 6th year performing on the Ascension Stage and It's always one of the highlights of my year. Big Thanks to Mike and his extended team for the incredible job they do consistently presenting us with quality artists and world class stage production. Like most years, Saturday's Psytrance line up was huge. Magik kicked off the evening followed by Hypnocoustics, Braincell, Scorb, Banjhaks, Farebi Jalebi, Farseer, Wiser with myself and Megapixel welcoming the morning. It was a real thrill playing the Sunrise Set after such an epic night of tunes. Following a truly mind bending set from Wiser, I kicked off with a track from Lunarave giving the crowd a much needed moment to reset and catch their breath. From there I continued with a selection of psychedelic tunes, slowly increasing the energy to peak just as daylight was poking over the horizon. Nearing the end of my set I wanted to include a Space Tribe track as a small tribute to the great man before finishing with something from his long time collaborator the one & only Electric Universe.
