Hate and Resentment the destruction of the soul

Hatred and resentment, the destruction to your soul. That is the reflection of the day.  Today, I want us to reflect on the people that are in our lives or maybe not even be in our lives but we feel tremendous hate for.  I’ve experienced that.  I think many of us have also experienced it and you are probably experiencing it right now.  The healing process of your soul starts by forgiving those people that have hurt you.   The more they have hurt you, the more you need to forgive them.  Because if you don't, you continue to give them the power to destroy your life.  It is critical that we find the strength within our soul to be able to start forgiving.  It’s not a process like turning on a switch.  It takes time.  It takes doing daily work on yourself.  But the forgiveness journey should be one that we all take on because if you want to ever completely heal from the wounds that those people have caused you, the only way to do it is through forgiveness.  When you forgive them,  you are not directly impacting them.  You are impacting yourself!  The one that would benefit the most from forgiveness is you.  You and the people you love because as you heal your wounds, you will get to be a better version of Yourself!  Let’s start this journey, during this time, where we don't know what's going to happen.  We don't know what will happen to us. We don't know what could happen to the people around us.   There’s so much uncertainty but one thing is for sure that today you have an opportunity to start your forgiveness journey.   Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
