We should remember those Christians who are in prison and mistreated since they are also in "the body" that is, in the church like us. He also states that by showing hospitality to strangers, some have unknowingly entertained Angels! This sounds crazy, but given the context and original audience the author is most likely referring to events that happened in the past with characters like Abraham and Lot.
