Havin a Lovely Chat with Ciaran Mc Ivor

In Episode 5 I sat down with Ciaran Mc Ivor. Ciaran was the driving force behind the campaing to secure the Deirdre Gogarty statue that is now standing stall outside Scotch Hall in Drogheda. He also ran a very successful boxing social media channel Boxing Bants. On this episode we talked about his different journeys in life, discovering his ADHD and how he explored the world of medicinal psychedelics that has helped him heal issues from his past and present. It was an amazing episode and I want to thank Ciaran for coming in because it's not easy to open up and let the world into your feelings.
