Lisa is the author of the Healing Gout Cookbook, Complete Thyroid Cookbook and upcoming Heart Health Meal Prep Cookbook.  She is active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a House Delegate representative for Ohio and has served as president and chair on professional issues.
