Hayom Yom 16 Tishrei - An infinite revelation from a Maamar

בְּקִדּוּשׁ הַלַּיְלָה: שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְאַחַר כָּךְ לֵשֵׁב בַּסּוּכָּהWhen reciting Kiddush at night, the blessing Shehecheyanu precedes the blessing leishev basukkah.בְּמִנְחָה אֵין אוֹמְרִים הוֹדוּ, אֲבָל אוֹמְרִים פָּתַח אֵלִיָּהוּBefore the Afternoon Service we do not recite the psalm beginning Hodu, but we do recite the passage beginning Pasach Eliyahu.הַצֶּמַח צֶדֶק סִפֵּרThe Tzemach Tzedek related: תּקס"ט האָבּעֶן מִיר געֶהעֶרט פוּן זֵיידעֶן “In 5569 (1808), for the sixth time, we heard my grandfather [the Alter Rebbe] דעֶם זעֶקסטעֶן מאָל דעֶם וּשְׁאַבְתֶּם מַיִם — הָרִאשׁוֹן — פון לִקּוּטֵי תּוֹרָהdeliver the first of the [two] maamarim in Likkutei Torah that are entitled U’She’avtem Mayim (“And you shall draw water [in joy from the wellsprings of deliverance]”). אוּן עֶס אִיז געֶוועֶן עַל דֶּרֶךְ וִוי דִי גְמָרָא זאָגט (יְרוּשַׁלְמִי סוּכָּה פֶּרֶק ה' הֲלָכָה א')The experience was reminiscent of the comment of the Sages (Talmud Yerushalmi, Sukkah 5:1), שֶׁמִשָּׁם שׁוֹאֲבִים‘From there they drew [ruach hakodesh].’יוֹנָה האָט מְקַבֵּל געֶוועֶן בְּשִׂמְחַת בֵּית הַשּׁוֹאֵבָה גִּלּוּי הַנְּבוּאָהAt Simchas Beis HaShoevah, Yonah received prophetic revelation. מִיר האָבּעֶן מְקַבֵּל געֶוועֶן עַד אֵין סוֹף[When we heard the above maamar], we received an infinite revelation — ad Ein Sof.דעֶר סוֹף אִיז אַז מָשִׁיחַ וועֶט קוּמעֶןAnd in the end, Mashiach will come, שֶׁנָּעוּץ תְּחִלָּתָן בְּסוֹפָןfor ‘the beginning is rooted in the end.’”Text and Translation courtesy of Sichos in English
