סְלִיחוֹת בְּאַשְׁמוֹרֶת הַבּוֹקֶר [The penitential prayers called] Selichos are recited “at the morning watch.”וְאֵין נְפִילַת אַפַּיִםOn this day, Tachanun is omitted.הַתָּרַת נְדָרִים וּבַעֲשָׂרָה[In the morning,] the Annulment of Vows is carried out with ten [listeners who serve as an ad hoc court].עֵרוּב תַּבְשִׁילִיןAn Eruv Tavshilin is made.
