אַ מעֶנְטשׁ דאַרף מַרְבֶּה זַיין אִין זאָגעֶן אוֹתִיּוֹת הַתּוֹרָהOne should verbalize “the letters of the Torah” profusely —(זאָגעֶן תְּהִלִּים, חַזֶרְ'ן מִשְׁנָיוֹת)saying Tehillim and reviewing Mishnayos — וועֶן אוּן וואוּ עֶר קעֶןwhenever and wherever he can,בִּכְדֵי צוּ שְׁטאַרְקעֶן דעֶם קִיּוּם הָעוֹלָםin order to strengthen the continued existence of the world,בִּכְדֵי מַצִּיל צוּ זַיין זִיך פוּן חִבּוּט הַקֶּבֶר אוּן כַּף הַקֶּלַעto protect himself from chibut hakever and kaf hakela, אוּן זוֹכֶה זַיין צוּ אַלעֶ העֶכְסטעֶ גִלּוּיִםand to merit the highest revelations.Text and Translation courtesy of Sichos in English
