Healing anger gives us more energy to consciously direct

Acknowledging that we are creating anger in our life and healing that gives us more clarity and energy to create what we choose to.   It's worth remembering that the anger we experience is the product of our thoughts.  First is the thought "I am furious with you".  Then comes the feelng of anger.  Watching this process unfold allows us to choose not to act on the anger.  Accepting the process of creating anger and choosing not to act on it, heals the anger to some degree.  That healing releases energy for us to direct as we choose.   One helpful way to view anger is to be happy that it is presenting us an opportunity to have more energy at our conscious disposal by engaging in the process outlined above.
