Healing being hard on ourself

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

Being self critical and denying what's true and positive about ourself, can hold us back.  The way to heal this is to accept how things are right now.  Looking at the reflection of our thoughts and beliefs in our world provide an accruate assesment of where we're at right now.   For me, I see that I believe in myself enough to have a spiritually focused life that works fairly well on all levels; health, spiritual growth, relationships, finances, etc.  Nevertheless, I believe and have the thought that I have huge untapped potential that I want to tap.  Maybe, it's that thought that is holding me back.  Maybe, the solution to moving forward is to enjoy saying; "I prefer to have the belief that I am using my full potential and it's working better than I ever imagined".   I like how that feels.  I'm tired of believing I haven't lived up to my potential.  Can you relate?   If you'd like to join me in growing acceptance of our power and magnificence, reach out to me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  Links to the books appear on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
