Healing negativity

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

We heal negativity by accepting its existence and choosing not to act on it.  Denying negagivity only makes it stronger. The energy that gets expended in denying negativity is energty we need to maximize what is best in our life.  If negativity is denied over an extended period of time, it creates physical illness and eventually death. If you're like me, you don't want to deal with negativity.  I don't want to experience it.  AND, like everything else that needs healing, that healing comes through acceptance.   For me, I know I am denying negative thughts when I feel, fear, anger or hopelessness.  I know those emotions can only be created by my thinking.  I can trace back to the thoughts and work on accepting their existence.  This is quite effective at reducing the negativity. I offer a free 30 minute coaching session in which we aim to uncover denied thoughts giving you more energy and freedom of choice.  If that's something you'd like to avail yourself of, contact me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to them on my webiste, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com.  One of the books is entitled "Negativity, what we deny controls us".
