Healing Now or Healing Later: Mental Health

Hey friends! Welcome to the Not About Me Podcast. I'm your host Katie Taylor, and I am so glad you are with us today. If this is your first time, welcome to the show. We are in a series called Healing Now or Healing Later. In the first episode of our series, we talked about how Jesus physically healed people during his time of ministry. In last week's episode, we heard from a friend of mine that had really struggled and felt alone with the uncertainty of swollen lymph nodes in her body for months. She shared about getting clear scans, and I'm happy to report that her blood work came back normal. Praise God! Well today, I wanted to address mental health. I know so many people struggle with various forms of mental health. I sometimes struggle with anxiety. I wanted to address what the Bible has to say about this and hope that it will encourage you as much as it has me.
