In last week's episode, we heard from a friend of mine that had really struggled and felt alone with the uncertainty of swollen lymph nodes in her body for months. She shared about getting clear scans, and I'm happy to report that her blood work came back normal. Praise God! Well today, I wanted to address mental health. I know so many people struggle with various forms of mental health. I sometimes struggle with anxiety. I wanted to address what the Bible has to say about this and hope that it will encourage you as much as it has me.
