Healing ourself, Healing the world

When we heal ourself, we are healing the world.  This is because, we are the world.  We are ONE with all that exists.  We are all that exists.  For me, and most others, this is a difficult understanding to relate to.  One approach that works for me is to relate to the reflection of the truth that we are all one in my experience of the world.
