Self-Satisfaction isn't something only a few lucky souls get to enjoy. Anyone can experience true self-satisfaction within their lives, and YES it will take you being willing to make some necessary changes for it to happen.In my book, Do It For Your SELFIE, I have an entire chapter on what self-satisfaction means, how we are able to have it, and what we can do to get rid of anything that keeps us from living in ways that feel OH SO GOOD!!!On today's episode, I have a special guest, Sandee Steenstra Byrd, who  shares her own personal experiences on what she had to overcome in order to live her life the way she wanted to. Sandee experienced trauma, trials, and tribulations just like many of us have, AND she decided to take on the responsiblity of not allowing her past to dictate her future.Let's dive in, but first here's a little bit about our special guest.My name is Sandee Steenstra Byrd.
