Healing separatness

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

Acceptance is healing.  The more we accept thinking and experiencing ourself as being separate, the more we heal that faulty thinking and come to relate to and experience more of the truth which is "we are ONE" We are all part of the energy that is the essence of every person, every thought, every material object, every sound and sense; everything.   The reason this is important to accept is because it is an important aspect of accepting what is true.  To maximize all that is good in life, we must accept and align with that which is true.  That includes good health, good relationships, good finances; good everything. The more we can accept we think of ourselves as being separate, the less we'll end up thinking of ourselves as being separate and relate more to being ONE with all its benefits.   I offer thought coaching that enables you to choose which thoughts to act on.  Exercising that choice is what gives you the freedom and power to create the life you desire.  To contact me about this, you can reach me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to them on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
