Healing: The Unlinear Path

Welcome to: Trust The Process, with Claudia. Join my ramblings today as I have a tête-à-tête with myself about how unlinear "healing" really is. I go back & forth in this discussion, from questioning the incessant nature of healing that we are told, through navigating the parts of ourselves that we thought were "healed" when triggers pop back up again, all the way to different healing modes, both with a Capital and lowercase - h -; how they can range from creative expression, to nurturing our Inner Child, to simply allowing ourselves to BE with our emotions. Ultimately, healing doesn't always have to be that deep.
