The Alma Y Tierra Podcast
by Claudia Howick
In this podcast, we journey together through the chaos and wonder of this human experience. Guided by faith, rooted in Jesus and flooded with the Spirit of God, this podcast is for all of us, no matter where your feet fall on the spiritual path. This is not your average well-being podcast; it is so much more. I believe that God has given me the gift of my voice to guide others towards His awaiting presence, to shine a light on to Truth through my own, unfolding story. Together, we will learn to trust the process, because this is where the magic happens.

the cost of true humility, through the eyes of Jesus' disciples
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the show!in today's longer episode we're talking about a powerful scene from the series The Chosen, entitled 'Matthew 4:24'. we also read the whole of Psalm 119 (which is, in part, the reason for its extensiveness!)the reason that this scene stuck with me, and why i felt compelled to record a whole episode about it, is because Jesus appears once: at the very end. whilst this scene is inspired by a verse in the Bible (where Jesus is out all day in Syria healing the sick - and anyone and everyone), the show uses its artistic license to portray Jesus' disciples arguing amongst one another, whilst He is out, about who is more worthy of being called by Him. when Jesus returns, His humanity is apparent; He is exhausted beyond human comprehension and in this moment we are reminded - He is more human than we could ever conceive... And He is... God. needless to say, whatever your personal beliefs about that, there's a deeper lesson for all of us that i explore in this episode - that is equally humbling as it is empowering and encouraging for us when it comes to working out, (as we all do, day-in, day-out) how to live our lives to the fullness of our humanity, in service to others and in search of living earnestly.connect with me. love, blessings and light,Claudia.

the unforeseen fruits of seeking God
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the show after a loooong break!today's episode was inspired by musings i had written down after meditating on Proverbs 18, as well as a little raw catch-up/re-introduction. a huge takeaway from this episode, after re-reading these notes i had made some months ago, was that all that needs to happen in order to divert from God, whether that's His will, prayer life, or being in constant connection with Him, is for me to divert even the smallest amount of attention in my periphery to the apparent (and false) fruits of searching for validation from anything that lies outside of that in-dwelling place wherein only God can reside. my birthday episode.(i apologise for the sound feedback on this episode - i don't have my mic stand with me and am recording on my main podcasting microphone for overall better sound quality, so i'm navigating how to properly hold it without the stand for optimal listening! thank you for being patient with me. x)connect with me. love, blessings and light,Claudia.

the origin of inspiration
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast; today we're diving into the topic of inspiration and motivation through an unexpectedly spiritual lens.this episode was absolutely God-breathed… as I discuss the etymology of the word ‘inspiration’, derived from the Latin ‘inspirare’ - meaning 'divine guidance' - and the meaning of ‘inspire’, coming from the Old French ‘inspiracion’: a noun of action meaning 'breathed upon'…as i was speaking, the visual of God bringing water out of the dry rocks through Moses came to me. i realised that, just like the Israelites were complaining of the thirst that literally 'tormented' them, we, too, neglect God being the Literal and Only source of inspiration, from a perspective that transcends both the literal and figurative meaning. for it was God, the fount of life itself, who humbled Himself from on high to live among us, as one of us, who created something out of nothing; He who defined existence before existence even knew of itself. 'Begotten, not made'...i realise, now, that a notion of inspiration beyond or outside of God cannot be, because its very conception is the breath that God Himself ‘inspired’ into Adam’s lifeless body to give him, and thus all of humanity henceforth, life.Scripture referenced: Exodus 17:1-7; 2 Timothy 3:16; Genesis 2:7.‘How To Act On Inspiration | you are ready to live purposefully' - YouTube videolove, blessings and light, claudia.

the oxymoron of my life: inspiration and laziness come to a head
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. in today's vulnerable episode, i'm openly sharing the mental struggles i've been facing lately, in the hopes that it may bring ease to someone experiencing something similar. you may resonate with this episode if ~you struggle with feeling overwhelmed by your desire to create and be productive, but lack the motivation required to bring it forth; you struggle to balance aspects of your life that you long to feel integrated, but that currently seem separate;you struggle to transition between seasons of life - traveling vs. coming home, being at opposite ends of your cycle (for women), feeling incredibly inspired followed by utterly lacking in inspiration, etc...you struggle to discern the voice of your inner critic and the Holy Spirit (a tough one to admit, right?)...Scripture referenced: Psalm 39.'remembering who God is' - episode about internal + external seasonal shifts.love, blessings and light, Claudia.

my revived morning routine - part two
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. this entry into a new season is the second of two halves and, you guessed it, we’re talking about the potency of a morning routine. initially set to be one episode, this is a revised - or "revived" - version of my current morning routine, centered around stillness, encouraged by the breath and rooted in faith. this episode is for all of you - people of faith, of varying spiritual beliefs, of agnosticism, of indecision, of solid routine and of intuitive ritual. i think you'll be able to take something important from this and implement it directly into your days.love, blessings and light,Claudia.

remembering who God is - in every moment -
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. i do hope that you enjoy this unprepared episode where i speak to you about the current season that God has me navigating. i felt really pulled in this monologue to speak about remembering the nature of God in relation to ourselves. this age has us seeking God more than ever and it is so vital to know what, where and who He is and isn’t.Scripture referenced: Psalm 104.love, blessings and light,Claudia.

every leaf bows down to the one who created it, so why aren't you?
hello sweet souls and welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. this episode was inspired by an internal monologue that i had on today's sunrise walk in the forest (and that i definitely spoke aloud bc no-one was around...)i used to worship nature and it made life easier... until it got harder. it "allowed" me to make up my own rules, to be the master of my own life and it grounded me... until i returned home and i would feel utterly uprooted... oh, the irony...the truth that i now know is that God alone is my fortress; connecting with nature is a beautiful way to calm one's nervous system, to create a wonderfully positive physiological response in the body and cultivate clarity... BUT, without a foundation of knowing God, the fortress that we are surrounded by is false and governed by a darker entity that does not want us to know Him.the reality is that nature is not God, but it is an amazing embodiment, outside of human example, of 'thy will be done'. if you are still worshiping nature and giving your whole self to the elements and the natural world around you... i beg you to consider - what is nature actually telling you? because, if you're really listening, you'll hear it enjoining you to worship the one who made it. this is the real, godly, meaning of oneness.Scripture referenced: Psalm 95.Connect with me.love, blessings and light,Claudia.

the path is narrow, but His freedom is eternal - By His Grace
hello sweet souls & welcome to this monthly "By His Grace" segment with my sweet sister in Christ, Naomi.we’re two friends walking in faith together, who hope to captivate you with our conversation. in this segment we'll be praying together; sharing how God is moving in our lives; reflecting on how Jesus has shown us the true path in recent experiences; scripture that has captured us; insights that have humbled us and the raw reality of our faith, as best as we can.in today’s episode, we share our raw and real reflections on how we navigate living in “the world” as a follower of Christ. if you find yourself ruminating on the things that you have lost since becoming born again, whether that was ten weeks or ten years ago, then this episode is for you. i used the analogy of a tree, saying that sometimes we begin our walk with Jesus and, like a golden oak that has held on to its vibrant green leaves throughout Autumn, all to which we were holding suddenly drops and we are left bare; other-times, like the brazen birch whose leaves shed gradually from one season to the next, it takes a moment for the things of the world to slowly fall away but, when they do, we are once again left - bare. as Christians, we are heavily misunderstood, but how can we work with our Saviour to create a sense of understanding amongst ourselves and the world in which we live?Scripture referenced: Psalm 56, Matthew 19:23-26.love, blessings and light,Claudia & Naomi.

the dream that taught me to let go and let God
hello sweet souls & welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. the video version of this podcast episode.in this episode i share a little about my recent experiences with feeling depleted and how faith eventually brings me out of it, but also, and perhaps more importantly, through it. i also share with you a recent vivid dream that i had, that helped me to give my faith more to God. it’s important to remember that, as Christians, we too can be left wondering “where is Christ in this?” and that doesn’t make our faith insufficient. what it can instead serve as is a chance to give ourselves up to God, to surrender to His plan that has no bearing on our own, for ultimately His Will be done.Connect with me.Love, blessings and light,Claudia.

the freedom of letting God be God (with Gabrielle Joy)
hello sweet souls & welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. today we welcome, yet again, my lovely friend Gabrielle onto the show. (4th time!) yet another spontaneous conversation which, by no coincidence, are always the best and most fruitful. timestamps can be found below:03:11: how do our definitions of religion matter when it comes to our relationship with God and “god”?09:30: what it really means to be born again11:01: how “new age” spirituality and misinterpretations of the Bible and Jesus separate us from the One, True, Living God19:33: the pitfalls of putting yourself in the place of God instead of calling upon Him25:16: the price of your new life is your old one, but suffering alongside our Saviour is not in vain - quite the opposite - it equates to freedom32:32: “I am the vine”: spending time with Jesus is what makes one like Him and helps to let those attachments that no longer serve drip away, not through force or dogma36:10: God’s true, misunderstood character, as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.42:42: how God sees us through the cross. we have to *cross* the same bridge through which He came to save us, in order to get to God. this is where the differentiation between truth andperception arises.Scripture referenced: Psalm 121; Matthew 16:24-26; John 15:5; John 14:6Love, blessings and light,Claudia,

the yield of heartache
hello sweet souls & welcome back to the Alma Y Tierra podcast. in today’s raw episode i candidly share the fruits of my recent disappointments… yes, you read that right - the fruits of… disappointment. firstly let me share the reel that i shared, that sparked this conversation. i decided to let scripture guide this vulnerable conversation and shared the caption of this reel into Chat GPT to see what it came up with... i related each of these passages to what God has taught me from my recent experiences with disappointment, friendships, isolation and the recent acknowledgement that, through all of this, Jesus has been healing me. As always, God never fails. you have everything, but you don't have God
this episode was inspired by a dream wherein God planted a seed of revelation inside of me; the illusory and manipulative nature of knowledge versus the seemingly whispy, according to the world, yet truthfully concrete and grounded, nature of knowing the One, True God. what does Jesus mean when He tells us that we must listen and understand? how can we draw closer to Him to deepen our understanding? where does our fruit not match our intention and how can we purify our prayer to come closer to God instead of to fuel our own desire for knowledge? you can have ALL of the knowledge in the world and be completely separated from God. in this episode we explore all of this and more. watch the full video here.Scripture referenced: Matthew 10:27, Matthew 7:24 ‘Building on a Solid Foundation’, Matthew 13, Matthew 12:33, Luke 8:18, Isaiah 59.Love, blessings and light,Claudia.

you are a tree - constantly shedding, constantly blooming
Welcome, to Alma Y Tierra (formerly, Trust The Process).I’m your host, Claudia, and today’s episode is reminding you that we are one with nature. The cycles that nature undergoes are never-ending; they are in a constant state of movement and they encourage us, to notice, and to stop blocking our own natural cycles that crave to take place. To truly reap the fruit out of life, we have to begin recognising the seasons - both within ourselves, externally, and then come to the conclusion that we are really one-and-the-same. I feel like there is soo much more to be said on this topic, but I hope that you find some value and enjoyment in this soft reminder as we head into Summer, but, also, into shedding…Until next time… Stay present. And be in the noticing.Bible verse mentioned: Luke 12:54-56.Connect with me.Love, blessings and light,Claudia.

By His Grace: God Will Vindicate Your Vision.
hello sweet souls & welcome to this monthly "By His Grace" segment with my sweet sister in Christ, Naomi. Before we get into today’s episode - I wish to welcome you to the new podcast - Alma Y Tierra.Thank you all, for YOUR grace and I pray that this new journey is but a continuation - where we can continue to gather, rejoice, navigate, praise, wonder and wander all in faith - from soul, to earth. Amen.we're two friends walking in faith together, who hope to captivate you with our conversation.in this segment we'll be praying together; sharing how God is moving in our lives; reflecting on how Jesus has shown us the true path in recent experiences; scripture that has captured us; insights that have humbled us and the raw reality of our faith, as best as we can.our episode today was guided by the Holy Spirit. what does it mean to walk blindly in faith as Christians in the world? it’s one thing to lean less on our own understanding and another to rely less and less on the things that we think guide us in this world, even down to our literal senses, and give ourselves up more & more each day to God’s unending and supreme guidance. we touch on the topic of body dysmorphia in this episode to highlight how the enemy deceives us and brings us into a false reality, to the point where we forget that God literally changes our sight to enable us to see Him at work.we are reminded that the Bible is ALIVE; it doesn’t relate to life, it IS the Bread that we need to sustain life. all of your overwhelm is guaranteed to be eased, and rebuked entirely, when you are living in God’s wisdom.the “moral” of this episode is that the Spirit of God can, and is, moving through you at all times; but the difference comes when you awaken to it within you. it's not bliss that we are seeking in this life, it is the humility that comes from the eternal calm of God. Amen!Scripture referenced: Matthew 6.Love, blessings and light,Claudia & Naomi.

The key to this is the truth that there is a boundless potential that exists inside us all, whether you are head-in-the-clouds (like us!), intuitively-lead or down-to-earth, logically-minded and understanding how to go beyond the limitation that prevents us from realising this.I also had the joy of experiencing hypnotherapy with Bec last month, which you'll hear about in this episode.Timestamps:Start: Bec's background in psychology and what got her to the point she is at today in her work, passion, research and studies.13:28: How hypnotherapy and accessing the subconscious mind works to shift habitual patterns and neural pathways, connecting us back to our naturally open state.18:05: The process of integrating the effects of subconscious rewiring into your life. 27:05: The subtle power of true transformation; the way that subconscious shifting enables us to shed and show up as an entirely new person, or perhaps rather, who we were underneath, now that our evolution has been assisted.30:31: How timeline therapy helps people to pinpoint specific areas of their life and engrained memories, ones that we wouldn't necessarily consider to be of any grand importance, that have shaped the belief systems that they hold today.34:55: Final questions + oracle card pull.Find out more about Bec, her offers and everything that she is up to here.Connect with me.Love, blessings and light, Claudia.

By His Grace: He Is, Therefore I Am (with Claudia & Naomi)
Welcome to our new monthly (ish) segment of Trust The Process. We are your hosts, Claudia and Naomi, two friends walking in faith together, who hope to captivate you with our conversation. In this new segment we'll be praying together; sharing how God is moving in our lives; reflecting on how Jesus has shown us the true path in recent experiences; scripture that has captured us; insights that have humbled us and the raw reality of our faith, as best as we can.In today's conversation, we followed a seed that been planted in Naomi's mind these last few weeks: what is it that brings people to God and brings people back to Him?"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6)We leaned heavily on this verse and unpicked what it means to embody this in a life following Christ and in an endeavour to constantly turn back to God, our one, true guide. We were also lead to discuss the difference between self-affirmations versus affirmations-through-God, and the purpose that the latter reveals as opposed to the constant identity-seeking with which the former loads us.God literally gives us our identity and, through Christ, constantly calls us back to Him. If He is in such incessant pursuit of us, then everything we affirm should be in praise to Him.This, to me, is true fear of God. If we can so easily find validation and identity in the outside world, something which exists on a swinging pendulum and leaves us in constant pursuit of personal development, why can we then not utilise that fear and veer it towards the Lord, reminding ourselves that we belong to Him, not the world. In this way, we can gain true confidence and enjoy His creation to its fullest, in its purity, without seeking to extract any level of recognition from it.Praise God for this heartfelt conversation!Scripture referenced: Matthew 19:26, Psalm 46.Love, blessings and light,Claudia & Naomi.

Winter's Rest To Spring's Awakening: Embracing Seasonal Change (with Elouise Oldfield)
Welcome, to Trust The Process. I'm your host, Claudia, and today we have the lovely Elouise back on to chat about all things Spring, Imbolc, more Seasonal Living, Equinoxes and the importance of transitional periods throughout the year. This conversation was inspiring, hopeful and a reminder of how well slowing down and listening to nature's calls actually serves us. We learn to greater accept her process and experience our own, rather than enduring it with resistance or force. Listen to Elouise & I's previous Winter Solstice episode here. Connect with Elouise here (social media, seasonal living coaching, partner podcast & events.) Love, blessings and light,Claudia.

If You Aren't Seeking God, You Are Seeking Validation... why the search for self is empty
Welcome, to Trust The Process. I'm your host, Claudia, and this episode comes to you from my bathroom floor and an impromptu thought about validation within the spiritual community. It's hard to hear... But your "self" can't be sought externally - that includes the identification found in well-being practices that lead only to further questioning. The spiritual community will convince you that the way to rid yourself of the need for external validation and unhealthy attachments is by absorbing more - more TedTalks, more gurus, more practices and more knowledge. And these things can be inherently wonderful and help you to understand your experience of life more... Up to a point. And, unfortunately, that point, once reached, leads to no avail. Suddenly, the abundance of what was in-front of you has reached a dead-end and you're unsure where to go next. True fulfillment comes from going within, and true fruit is found indwelling. It’s a tough truth to learn, but one well worth it on the road to identifying less & less with the surface-level beautiful world, and uncovering more layers within yourself that were already there. Scripture referenced: John 14. Connect with me. Love, blessings and light, Claudia.

By His Grace: Beyond Expectations (with Claudia & Naomi)
Welcome to our new monthly (ish) segment of Trust The Process. We are your hosts, Claudia and Naomi, two friends walking in faith together, who hope to captivate you with our conversation. In this new segment we'll be praying together; sharing how God is moving in our lives; reflecting on how Jesus has shown us the true path in recent experiences; scripture that has captured us; insights that have humbled us and the raw reality of our faith, as best as we can. Today we’re reflecting on a couple of seemingly unrelated experiences that had occurred to me this week, resulting in feelings of expectations being unmet as well as disappointment. Throughout this conversation, we felt so reminded of the ‘unfailing love’ (mentioned countless times in the Bible) that always leads to needs being met, expectations being surpassed and any notion of disappointment being blown out of the water. We also touched on the power of being read by scripture, i.e. having scripture read you rather than you reading it and how living in the Word of God evokes this effortlessly; the mighty power of prayer and how the fusion of these two aspects of Christian life brings us closer to Jesus, the Human Being and the connection to the Father, and thus to ourselves. You don’t want to miss this beautiful, heart-lead episode! Scripture referenced: Mark 9:19-29; Psalm 22:5; Romans 10:11; Luke 9:49-50. Love, blessings and light,Claudia & Naomi.

Rebuke The Need To Know: Your Opinion is the most Irrelevant part of you
Welcome, to Trust The Process. I'm your host, Claudia, and in today's episode we're talking about forgiveness, trying to be Godly and remember what He requires from us, especially in a world that hurls triggers and uncomfortable truths our way. We're chatting about the importance that we've placed on opinion over Truth in this day-and-age which seeks to "know" it all, to be consistently "right" when, the truth is, that we truly know nothing. There is an agenda behind every opinion - no matter how neutral, including all of our own, that discourages us from trusting in the UNknown and which plants the seed of division to spread. Even when we see our opinion to be reflective of faith, or compassion, or even our spirit... It is nevertheless neither righteous, nor true. By definition, only one thing can embody these characteristics and, when we are conflating them with our own ego, we are putting (our) opinion on the alter of idols. Scripture referenced: Psalm 146; the Lord's Prayer; Hebrews 12:24; John 6; Hebrews 12:14-16; " " 12:27. Connect with me. Love, blessings and light, Claudia.

the unifying venture of becoming still & knowing God
What does it mean to be still? What does it mean to know God? To get anywhere near that, we need a clear definition OF God; then, we need to see how our understanding of that relates to our inner world. How can WE, as conscious human and spiritual beings, come to know what we perceive to be as God, and how can this inspire a natural stillness in us, akin to that of the mountains and trees, the ether and stars, the air and the waves... Let's (try to) find out. Love, blessings and light Claudia

The Façade Of Freedom: Finding God will set you free (with Marcelina Sawicka)
Welcome, to Trust The Process.I'm your host, Claudia, and today we have the wonderful, the magnificentMarcyyyy back on the podcast! This was an absolute JOY to record. Timestamps below, so, seriously, listen to thismagnetic episode that seems, at times, chaotic, but is so divinely orchestrated. This really is amust listen. For me, the resonant message throughout this episode is that true spiritual protection comes from God and ourconnection to our perception of Him; from here we are able to discern what pierces into our heart andthis is why we are told to guard our hearts rather than to keep them blindly open. Separation is an illusion, yes, but, separation was brought into this world through the actions of man(Genesis, the Old Testament)via the free will that we were given by our creator.Freedom arises from the ashes of dualistic thinking. Think about that.Listen to the first episode that we recorded together here.Timestamps.04:00: What is "free time"(?!) and how does this limiting concept play into the programming of our thoughts and actions?14:00: What does it mean to have a “hobby”(?!) and how does connecting to thetrue essence of this deeply reunite us with our inner child and whole self?34:00: The cycle of scarcity when it comes to our “work-life balance”; we try to unpack how we as working individuals can bridge the gap between what we do to survive and what we do to thrive, so as to create more unity in our lives as a whole.38:00 The myth of “getting through it” versus actuallylearninghow to be present and bein the experience no matter what it brings.41:00: I want to find God. How do I do that - where do I begin finding what that meansto me? (Plot twist: it starts with intuition, bodily connection and trust.)44:00: The important distinction between God and spiritual clutches.48:00: The truth behind “manifesting”…(Pssst, it isn’t “demonic”, it just isn’t realistic.)and the spiritual responsibility that we have for our own lives.52:00: How the rigidity of binary thinking in the spiritual and religious online worlds actually waters down the potency of God’s message that we carry within us. How do we get back tothis?56:00: What does it truly mean to “fear God” and why is it vital that we gain clarity on this message in the world of incessant spiritual conquest.01:11:00: Final oracle card pull “give a piece of yourself but also nurture a practice of protection of self” - the perfect place to end, and to begin…Marcy’s magical offerings.Talking about what it means to live a Godly life, following & trusting God's plan and walking in blind faith: my guest episode on Marcy's podcast.Love, blessings and light!Claudia.

By His Grace: Overcoming Anger (With Claudia & Naomi)
Welcome to our new monthly (ish) segment of Trust The Process. We are your hosts, Claudia and Naomi, two friends walking in faith together, who hope to captivate you with our conversation. In this new segment we'll be praying together; sharing how God is moving in our lives; reflecting on how Jesus has shown us the true path in recent experiences; scripture that has captured us; insights that have humbled us and the raw reality of our faith, as best as we can. & it absolutely goes without saying, that this truly is for us all - believers, non-Christians, people of different religions, those with faith in Jesus outside of religion, those walking on their own spiritual journeys, those who feel their feet exactly where they are and those of us with our heads in the clouds... This is for you, and for us. Today, we chat about Naomi's recent experiences with feeling anger towards people who are rude, mean and evil and how delving into the Word of God brought her closer to His character at this time of need. We both made a few stark realisations in this episode, brought to us by the one and only Jesus Christ Himself who shows us, through His coming and His message, exactly who He is and the image in which He made us. Mini disclaimer: when Naomi said "condemnation" she meant CONVICTED! We kept it in because it's a powerful sentiment. Scripture referenced: Matthew 5:21-22, Mark 7:6-7. Scripture relating to "anger": Ephesians 4:26-27; Genesis 4:3-8; Psalm 37:8; Proverbs 12:16; Proverbs 15:1; Ecclesiastes 7:9. We hope that you enjoy the ride! See you next month. (Ish...) Luteal Magic: Residing in the Space Between
Welcome, to Trust The Process. Today’s culminating episode (#9 of Season 8!) comes directly to you from the wondrous depths of my inner autumnal season - otherwise known as the Luteal phase of the Menstrual cycle. Wholesome chats about my experience of my inner autumn this month - the first month of my life that I have shifted my view to consider my Luteal phase as the final season of my internal body clock. This change has evoked a greater ability to sense what’s unfolding internally: beautiful shedding of deep emotion and of witnessing space being created in-between now and my bleed. I believe that this time of our sacred menstrual cycles is a time to be solitary. I would previously have called this a time for introspection, but I no longer hold that perspective; this is a time to think less, to entertain less; to go within more but in a unique way - there is an abundance of subtle and peaceful power as we quieten the external noise and spend more time in solitude during this lucid time where the birth portal slowly comes into the vortex of our vision. When I leave the house in these few potent days, I immerse myself in nature at the times of day that are the most liminal and allow for the deepest experience of serenity in nature. Here, loneliness dissipates and an unfounded sense of inner peace arrives as we become comfortable with the silence of our womb and the universal womb that entours us. This is a time of transition; a time where all concept of time becomes nullified and we are handed the precious opportunity to enter, willingly, into the void that calls us. One that contains no information and where the notion of wisdom is set aside - a space of no mind and no being brews and we, as women and as nature’s women alone, are able to reside here to prepare for tranquil rebirth. And it goes one thousand percent without saying, that my relationship, friendship and connection with Jesus Christ has enhanced this spiritual becoming to no end. All glory to Him for all days, in all ways, forevermore. The beautiful Isabel Paige video that inspired me (and made me cry! Hahaha). Follow my beautiful friend and newly instated Doula(!)
