Y’all I am soooo excited to finally be sharing this episode with you!

Stephanie Telfer is amazing. I could have chatted for another hour with her but I didn’t wanna make this too long. LOL!

Stephanie is a transformation coach specializing in anxiety. She teaches teaching practical tools like EFT to help others heal themselves.

Through her own journey to heal herself of chronic anxiety she became dedicated to her personal growth and healing and along the way she learned a ton and tired every healing modality you can think of!

She became a yoga teacher and got a masters in spiritual psychology to help answer the big question…”How the hell do I live a happy joyful and fulfilled life in my body”

She also created Camp Shine which is a mind body spirit retreat for kids.

They serve over 300 children a year to live bright lives through various programs and summer camps.

Stephanie has the best energy and I knew she would quickly become a Sparkle Squad favorite.

In this episode we talk all about anxiety and how you can heal yourself. She also teaches us how to tap and walks me through a session.
